BayCore is operated and managed by compassionate and skilled professionals who have over 20 years’ experience in mental health, substance use, trauma and other co-occurring disorders.

We specialise in providing flexible scheduling and catching employees to employers, creating a win-win environment. We also provide compassionate staffing support to healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, halfway houses, day programs, and group living environments; offering agencies and companies a range of staffing solutions, including temporary, relief and permanent placements.

Founded on integrity, teamwork, and community, BayCore Staffing Hub has grown into a trusted partner for private, public, and government healthcare organizations in Massachusetts. What began as a small local recruiter has evolved into a full‑service staffing hub, yet our roots remain firmly planted in the communities we serve, ensuring every placement benefits both patient and professional.

BayCore provides the essential basic work training, including First Aid, CPR, Crisis Prevention, and Medication Administration Program (MAP), to our direct care and other essential workers. We cover the Boston Inner-city area, including North and South shores of Greater Boston, Boston Metro area and Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee as well as Massachusetts.
